Bio
Dr. Burns is a Pennsylvania native and completed her undergraduate and medical training at Muhlenberg College and Thomas Jefferson University. She came to IU School of Medicine for urologic residency training which she completed in 2023 and is now a fellow in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. After completion of her fellowship in 2025, she plans to join IU School of Medicine as faculty in the Department of Urology. She is passionate about taking excellent care of female patients including prolapse, incontinence, voiding dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction.
