Bio

Amy Ribera is the Research and Evaluation Analyst for Faculty Affairs, Professional Development, Diversity (FAPDD) and holds an academic appointment in Anatomy, Cell Biology & Physiology as an Associate Research Professor. Her career focuses on survey research and institutional improvement in higher education. She leads a wide-range to strategic initiatives supporting FAPDD priority areas such as Faculty Vitality, Leadership Development, Wellness/Burnout, and the Diversity Pillars. Amy earned her BA in Chemistry, MSEd in Higher Education and Student Affairs, and PhD in Higher Education from Indiana University.
