Bio
Dr. Rao is a board certified transplant hepatologist and medical director of the Pediatric Liver Transplant Program. His clinical focus is pediatric liver disease and he functions as a pediatric hepatology (liver) expert at Riley Hospital. He is one of two board certified pediatric transplant hepatologists in the state of Indiana. His area of clinical interest is children with acute and chronic liver disease, fatty liver disease, acute liver failure, viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, biliary atresia, metabolic liver disease, and other childhood liver problems.
