Why I chose general surgery as a career:
I enjoy the operating room. I find the disease processes that we treat very interesting. I also like the challenge of constantly improving my skill set, technical abilities and medical knowledge.

This program provides top notch surgical training across a wide variety of clinical settings and specialties. The training we receive here prepares us to excel as general surgeons or pursue any competitive fellowship.
