Bio

Dr. Leilani S. Mullis is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.  She completed her Anesthesia residency training at Indiana University and became a clinical teaching faculty with the IU School of Medicine in 2009.  She is the Vice Chair of Strategic Engagement for the Department of Anesthesia at IU and currently serves as a Board Member of the Indiana Society of Anesthesiologists.  Dr. Mullis also serves as an Indiana Delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiologists House of Delegates. 

Dr. Mullis enjoys educating residents and medical students and mentoring physician learners.  She serves as a Graduate Medical Education Residency Coach and as a Professional Learning Community Physician Mentor for the IU School of Medicine. She is also a member of the GME Diversity Committee.

Areas of Clincal Interest for Dr. Mullis include perioperative transfusion, anesthesia for orthopaedic surgery, obstetric anesthesia, and physician wellness.
