Why I chose general surgery as a career:
I love human anatomy, working with my hands, and the fast pace of balancing OR and floor duties.
Why I chose the IU School of Medicine General Surgery Residency Program:
Diversity of surgical experiences associated with rotating through so many different hospitals (VA, university, county, community, pseudo-private).
Professional/Research Interests:
Pancreas: specifically pre-cancerous pancreatic lesions, pancreatitis; Minimally invasive surgical technique
Personal Interests/Hobbies:
Running, gardening, cooking, singing
