Bio

Dr. Pitre has been a faculty member at IUEM since 2005. He graduated from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed emergency medicine residency at IU School of Medicine. He works clinically at IU Health Methodist Hospital and serves as program director for the IU School of Medicine Methodist Hospital Transitional Year Residency. He is an ABEM Oral Examiner. Outside of professional life, he enjoys all things music, great food and coffee, and spending time with his family.
