Bio

Dr. Charles Miramonti completed both his residency training in emergency medicine and fellowship training in prehospital care at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Miramonti has been involved in EMS for over seven years. In addition to working as full time faculty at Eskenazi Memorial Hospital Emergency Department, he currently serves as the Deputy Medical Director for the Eskenazi Ambulance Service and the Indianapolis Fire Department. Recently, Dr. Miramonti joined Dr. Bartkus as co-director of the IUSM Out of Hospital Care Fellowship, and continues to work as director of Tactical EMS for Eskenazi Ambulance and Indianapolis Fire Department providing services for the Marion County Sheriff and Indianapolis Police Departments' SWAT Teams.
