Brian N. Egan, MD
Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesia
Bio
Dr. Egan completed undergraduate training at Hanover College in Indiana. He went on to Indiana University School of Medicine for his medical degree. He completed both his anesthesiology residency and his pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University in 2011 and 2012, respectively. He has been an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesia at Riley Children's Hospital since 2012 and held the position of Director of Resident Simulation Education from 2015-2016. He currently is a part of several different teams, including the Pediatric Acute Pain Service team at Riley, the GME Committee Member for the Department of Anesthesiology, the Riley Pediatric Anesthesia Staffing Committee as well as the Riley Pediatric Anesthesia Division Council Member. Dr. Egan has also been a Medical Student Advisor since 2014.
