Michael L. Goodman, MD

Michael L. Goodman, MD, FAAP, is an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics in the division of pediatric hospital medicine at Riley Hospital for Children and IU North Hospital.  He completed his pediatric residency at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis in 2011 and then practiced community pediatric hospitalist medicine in Richmond, Virginia, for 2 years and moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to work at Phoenix Children's Hospital as a hospitalist for almost four years.  He returned to Riley in the fall of 2017.

His academic interests lie in medical student and resident education, particularly in the areas of medical decision making and resource utilization.  He also enjoys educating the general public about people with craniofacial differences.
