IU School of Medicine Department of Dermatology hosts CME-accredited Grand Round lectures that offer cutting-edge information about clinical dermatology. Grand Round lectures are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.

Melanoma Monday

Free Skin Cancer Screenings

The American Academy of Dermatology has designated each May as Melanoma/Skin Cancer Detection and Prevention Month. May 1st is Melanoma Monday! The Department of Dermatology in cooperation with the AAD will be sponsoring a FREE SKIN CANCER SCREENING on May 1,  2023 from 7:00 am‐9:00 am. Appointments are needed. Screenings will be held at University Hospital, Eskenazi Dermatology Clinic, and Coleman Hall. To schedule a free skin cancer screening, please call 317‐916‐3525.

Cutaneous Biology Course

The Annual Introduction to Cutaneous Biology basic science course is a two-day course that covers a broad spectrum of disciplines, including cutaneous structure and function; pharmacology; photobiology; molecular biology; immunodermatology; and surgery.
