Trilliah E. Fazle, MD

Dr. Trilliah Fazle-Lewis, a native of Indianapolis, IN, was born in El Paso, TX. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Purdue University before obtaining her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She is thrilled to continue her medical training at Indiana University for residency because of the vast exposure and the program's key interest in caring for underserved and marginalized patient populations. In her free time, Dr. Fazle-Lewis finds balance through high-intensity workouts, barre exercises, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and her love for watching football and basketball.
