Bio

Why I chose Family Medicine:

I chose family medicine because it allows me to provide holistic and comprehensive care to patients of all ages. A family medicine physician is a vital member of any community. I believe that everyone should have access to primary care, and I am looking forward to a rewarding career promoting health, preventing disease, and being there for my patients in their time of need.

Why I chose the IU Arnett Family Medicine Residency Program:

I'm not usually a sentimental person, but I have a strong feeling that my match with IU Arnett (top pick) was meant to be. In fact, I happened upon a virtual open house for the IU Arnett Family Medicine residency while visiting Tbilisi, Georgia with my wife in early September. I reluctantly participated in the Zoom call, which changed my life. IU Arnett felt like home. I was immediately struck by how friendly the residents and faculty were. I was also impressed by the longitudinal curriculum, which reflects real-life day-to-day medicine, as well as the numerous educational tracks available to tailor to my specific interests.

Personal interests and hobbies:

Hiking, Cycling, Seinfeld, ping-pong, F1 racing, traveling, meditation. Long walks on the beach.
