Bio

Why I chose Family Medicine:

I believe primary care is the backbone of medicine; it is the portal through which patients enter to seek healthcare. As a family practitioner, you become one of the greatest advocates for your patients, both adults and children alike.

Why I chose the IU Arnett Family Medicine Residency Program:

I grew up in New York most of my life, and I looked forward to living in a peaceful and warm area, where the community felt like your home and your family; The IU Arnett Family Medicine Residency Program felt like home to me. The ability to train in a small, intimate, and unopposed program within such a great community felt like the best opportunity to get hands-on training with constant evaluation in a feedback driven program.

Personal interests and hobbies:

I am a self-taught pianist since the age of 9. I have never taken lessons but can play music by ear. I eventually began using sequencing programs to create music using digital pianos as a hobby. I also enjoy creative cooking, using ingredients in the fridge to make uncanny yet hopefully satisfying dinners.
