Why I chose Family Medicine: I chose family medicine because I appreciate treating a variety of patients and the opportunity to shape my practice however I see fit in the future. I love seeing a wide range of cases in the hospital as well as building connections with patients in the office.  

Why I chose the IU Health Primary Care Central Indianapolis Family Medicine Residency Program: I chose IU because of the many opportunities to shape my training as my interests develop. I felt confident in the quality of the program and welcomed by everyone I met. After growing up in Indianapolis and leaving for medical school, I am honored to continue my training in my hometown.  

Interests and Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs. Trying new recipes, working out, painting, and crocheting are some of my favorite activities.
