Bio
Why I chose family medicine: What initially drew me to Family Medicine was the broad spectrum of practice that encompasses a typical family medicine clinic. The ability to see pediatric, obstetric, and adult patients provides a unique experience that was very fascinating to me. The other facet I loved about family medicine were the long-term relationships family medicine physicians are able to make with patients as their primary care provider. Helping my patients become healthier and happier and seeing those results over the course of several years is incredibly rewarding and satisfying.
Why I chose the IU School of Medicine Arnett Family Medicine Residency Program: As a native Hoosier, I am incredibly excited to be back in my home state to finish up my medical training. IU Arnett was a perfect fit that provided early exposure to outpatient clinic as well as a close knit and personalized learning environment.
Interests/ Hobbies: I love camping and hiking (Turkey Run is my favorite state park in Indiana), as well as playing board games with my wife and friends, and relaxing with my 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Clinical Interest: Musculoskeletal disorders and Sports Medicine
