Dr. Cho is originally from South Korea but grew up in Seattle, WA. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, where he received degrees in Neurobiology and Comparative Literature and obtained his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.

Dr. Cho originally started training in Surgery before deciding on a career in Internal Medicine. During medical school he published research about the outcomes of robotic pulmonary lobectomy. In his spare time, Dr. Cho enjoys recreational soccer, hiking and biking.
