Bio
Why I chose family medicine: As a medical student, I loved my rotations with family medicine due to the wide diversity of patients and long-term patient-physician relationship. Family medicine offers the opportunity to connect deeply with patients and help educate patients to make informed decisions. Many patients face a variety of barriers to healthcare and family medicine will allow me to address those concerns over time.
Why I chose the IU Health Primary Care Central Indianapolis Family Medicine Residency Program: I chose this residency program because it offered the feel of a community-based program with all the resources of an academic program. The residents and faculty I had worked with as a student were all extremely welcoming and showed their passion for lifelong learning. I felt that I would be supported at this program to become the best physician I can be.
Personal interests and hobbies: I enjoy video games, board games, trying new cuisines and watching action movies.
