Betsy W. Stevens, MD

Betsy grew up in Albany, New York. She attended Siena College, where she majored in Biology and studied the genetics behind photosynthetic anomalies in an invasive grass species. After college Betsy lived in Boston and worked as a clinical researcher in an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinic. While at Albany Medical College she further developed an interest in wellness, earning her certification as a yoga instructor and offering free classes to fellow students.  She is excited to explore different fields within pediatrics at Riley Hospital for Children and is interested in pursuing academic medicine.
