Bio

Why Emergency Medicine? I find a deep sense of purpose in providing 24/7/365 care to all patients, presenting with any condition, regardless of ability to pay. We in the emergency department have an incredible capacity to do good in the world.

Why did you choose the Indiana University School of Medicine Emergency Residency program? The 50/50 county-academic split with excellent role models who are successful in their academic careers and personal lives. There are also ample opportunities to pursue work in advocacy through research, the Advocacy Track, and state/national organizations.

What are some of your personal interests? SCUBA diving, reading anything that's in front of me, mindfulness & meditation, petting other people's dogs.
