Jennifer M. Siriwardane, MD

Neurology, PGY 4
Indiana University School of Medicine

CL 630
Indianapolis, IN

Growing up, I lived in a few places in the US including Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, but I consider myself a Hoosier. I completed by undergraduate education at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN where I studied biology and psychology. I then received my M.D. from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2017. My fascination with neuroanatomy and neuromuscular disease lead me to eventually match at IU for my neurology residency.
