Why I chose general surgery as a career: In addition to the technical aspects, I enjoy the well-roundedness of general surgery which allows us to take care of patients in every setting – from the clinic to the ICU to the OR.
Why I chose the IU School of Medicine General Surgery Residency Program: The program offers a diverse experience with time at various hospitals in the Indianapolis area while also being located in an easy to live in city.
Professional/Research Interests: Biostatistics Outcomes research in vascular and trauma surgery
Personal Interests/Hobbies: Baking
