Bio
I grew up in Amman, the capital of Jordan, and earned my medical degree from the University of Jordan before moving to Indianapolis to start my residency at IU. My interest in Heme/Onc began during medical school and deepened significantly throughout residency, thanks to the opportunity to rotate with some of the top hematologists and oncologists at IU. It was an easy decision to apply exclusively to Indiana University for a Hematology/Oncology fellowship. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, baking, and exploring the world; sometimes through outdoor activities and sometimes using TikTok.
