Bio

My philosophy is to provide the best individualized, high-quality care to my patients. My interest in endocrinology started with a motivation to improve care for the obese and overweight population. My current interests include caring for a wide variety of complex endocrine diseases. In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading and spending time with family 

I received my MD from Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry.  I completed a residency in Internal Medicine from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.  I finished a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism from Indiana University. I am currently board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
