Suzanne Goodrich, MD
Assistant Research Professor of Medicine
Dr. Goodrich joined our faculty in 2013 and spends much of her time in Eldoret, Kenya where she is involved in implementation research projects. Dr. Goodrich focuses on the effective delivery of antiretroviral therapy (ART) to HIV infected patients, use of novel interventions to improve ART treatment strategies, and assessing the prevalence of alcohol use in patients newly enrolled in HIV care. She is co-investigator of the IeDEA Consortium.

My research focus is implementation research projects directed at the effective delivery of HIV care in sub-Saharan Africa and have experience in developing, writing and implementing clinical research trials. I work with the International Epidemiological Databases to Evaluate AIDS East African Consortium (IeDEA-EA) and was instrumental in the development of the IeDEA-EA “Alcohol Use Assessment” Cohort.
