Dr. Makar is a board-certified nephrologist committed to quality patient care through mutual understanding and shared decision-making. Her clinical interests include kidney stones, polycystic kidney disease, hyponatremia, hypomagnesemia, and the prevention and management of chronic kidney disease. Dr. Makar is a long-standing member of the American Society of Nephrology.
