Bio
I grew up in a small town in the mountains of Lebanon called Joun. I moved to Indiana shortly after graduating from the American University of Bierut medical school in 2018 to join the GI department at IU for research. My main research interest is in cirrhosis, fatty liver disease, and alcohol related hepatitis. I stayed at IU for medicine residency and I’m looking forward to continue my training at IU as a GI fellow! Outside of work, I likely to explore new local restaurants, make music, and ride my bike.
