Bio
Dr. Sherrine Ibrahim has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 2010 and maternal-fetal medicine since 2013. Her clinical interests include diabetes in pregnancy and preterm labor. She has a passion for the management of complicated pregnancies and feels there is nothing like helping a mother through a complicated pregnancy and the joy of achieving the best outcome possible.
Dr. Ibrahim earned her degree from the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and went on to complete an obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She then completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at The Ohio State University.
Additionally, Dr. Ibrahim serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Indiana University School of Medicine. She has a passion for instructing learners and is an excellent teacher for the medical students, residents and MFM fellows. Her current focus is providing preeminent clinical care, building the MFM Division at IU Health North Hospital, and participating in clinical research with the IU OB/GYN Department.
