Bio
Anne Whitehead first came to Indianapolis to complete her emergency medicine residency, graduating in 2014. She completed a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Inova Fairfax in northern Virginia, then returned to Indiana University School of Medicine in 2016. In 2017 she took over leadership of both the medical student and resident rotations in the Riley Hospital for Children Emergency Department.
Her academic focus is medical education, and her most recent focus has been in exploring ways to supplement education during clinical rotations with asynchronous and online content.
Her free time is gobbled up by adventures, both indoor and outdoor, with her 2 children, Mariah and Carter, pup Roxie and husband Nathan, and thats just how she likes it.
