Jennifer Downs, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry in the Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry. She received her undergraduate degree from Colby College and her medical degree from University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Pediatrics, Adult Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Brown University. Her clinical focus is on furthering cooperation between pediatrics and psychiatry through integrated care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and psychiatric consultation to pediatricians in a variety of settings in order to provide comprehensive health care for children. She also is committed to teaching health care professionals of all levels of training and enjoys providing support and education to the many learners with whom she works.
