Bio

Dr. Corina Nailescu is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics and Medical Director of Pediatric Kidney Transplantation at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Targu-Mures, Romania. Dr. Nailescu completed her pediatric residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and pediatric nephrology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She holds membership in numerous national professional societies including the International Pediatric Transplant Association, American Society of Transplantation – the Infectious Diseases Community of Practice, and the Improving Renal Outcomes Collaborative. In her free time, Dr. Nailescu enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and daughter.
