Bio
Jerry is in his 15th year as Program Director for the Pediatric Residency Program at IU School of Medicine. He was previously a resident and Chief at IU School of Medicine. He was a fellow at the University of North Carolina and completed an MPH at UNC. Dr. Rushton was on faculty at the University of Michigan in General Pediatrics and Health Services Research. He has published several articles on ADHD and mental health disorders in primary care and medical education. Dr. Rushton's clinical practice is at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in the outpatient General Pediatrics clinic. He has served on the National Board of Program Directors (APPD), AAP national committees, and is currently on the National Gold Humanism Advisory Council.
