Apply to the Medical Toxicology Fellowship

The Medical Toxicology Fellowship program at Indiana University School of Medicine is an ACGME-accredited, two-year training program that offers one position each year. We participate in the National Resident Matching Program and the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Please apply via ERAS. We require a cover letter, CV and three letters of reference. You may contact Louise Kao, MD, for questions regarding the process. All interviews for the 2023 interview season will be conducted virtually.

Fellowship stipend is equivalent to PGY-4 and PGY-5 level for Indiana University School of Medicine residents. In addition, an attractive benefits package includes health care insurance, malpractice insurance, disability and life insurance, and loan deferment.
