Diverse and Collaborative Work Environment
In the realm of diversity, the OB-GYN department at IU School of Medicine leads by example, understanding that patients and learners thrive when they see themselves reflected in their doctors, teachers, leaders and role models. The department strives to employ faculty and residents that reflect the diverse patient and student populations served and to cultivate a diverse, inclusive departmental culture that feels welcoming to all.
