The IU School of Medicine Department of Surgery Diversity Committee guides efforts to conceptualize, socialize, promote, advocate, and help implement systems and structures to promote an inclusive culture. Recruitment
The mission of the IU School of Medicine Department of Surgery Recruitment Committee is to promote diversity in the area of recruitment, aligning with the priorities of the Department of Surgery Surgical Council and the IU School of Medicine Diversity Council. This committee will function within the Department of Surgery to ensure that a diversity-focused recruitment strategy is implemented for all new faculty considerations.
