Hasina B. Ashe, MD

Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology & Imaging Sciences

Bio

Dr. Ashe graduated with honors from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ohio State University in 2014. After medical school, Dr. Ashe joined Indiana University School of Medicine where she completed a residency in radiology and a fellowship in breast imaging. Dr. Ashe has been a member of the IU School of Medicine Diversity Council since 2015. 
 
Dr. Ashe has volunteered for many notable projects and organizations including Habitat for Humanity, where she built sites in Covington, LA, Houston, TX, and Columbus, OH. Dr. Ashe also served as a volunteer researcher with the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Public Health Project, where she investigated medical care follow-up in socioeconomically disadvantaged areas in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
