Bio

Why Emergency Medicine? Anyone can come to the emergency department at any time, and you’re always there for your patients (in highs or lows) as an emergency physician. The variety keeps it interesting, and the team effort behind it all makes it fun.

Why did you choose the Indiana University School of Medicine Emergency Residency program? You see it all here between county, academic, and pediatric hospitals. The staff in the emergency department are the best - I learn, push myself, and have a great time on shift.

What are some of your personal interests? I visit my family in Nebraska when I can but also love to ski and snowboard, hike Appalachia (or Indiana), bike, read, see live music, and shop for local food and drink.
