Bio

Hometown: Williamstown, NJ

Medical School:  University of Arizona - Phoenix

Masters: Arizona State University

Professional Interests: Primary Care, Transgender Health, Combined Med-Peds Nephrology

My favorite things (in no particular order) are reading, exploring the outdoors, dad jokes, kidneys, the Philadelphia Eagles, and watching brainless reality TV with my two cats, Andy and Marge.

Why IU: I was drawn to the Med-Peds program at IU for a ton of reasons, but the biggest was the people and the culture. As a transgender man, it was important for me to find somewhere that was open and inclusive. From my interviews with faculty, to the dinner with residents, I knew that this was a place I could be true to myself and thrive. Over a year in, I can say I was definitely right! I am so proud to be a part of a program with so many brilliant, genuine, and caring people. I am so thankful to have found my Med-Peds “family,” and hope you do as well!
