Stark Neurosciences Research Institute

Neurodegenerative Disorders Research

A significant focus of Stark Neurosciences Research Institute is on the neurobiology and molecular genetics of neurodegenerative disorders, including most prominently Alzheimer’s disease. The basic and translational science programs interact extensively with the Indiana Alzheimer’s Disease Center, the MODEL-AD center, LEADs and NCRAD.

Faculty Investigators

Ten new faculty have been recently recruited to Stark Neuroscience Research Institute to investigate disease mechanisms and to design innovative therapies.
