Systems and Informatics Core

New in 2019, the Systems and Informatics Core addresses the emerging need for large data acquisition and analysis. The Systems and Informatics Core provides a suite of proteomics and genomics services that are coupled to bioinformatics. Services include global protein quantitation (untargeted), phosphoproteomics, post-translational modification analysis from purified samples, protein ID from solution, beads, or gel bands, protein-protein interaction analysis, and protein/peptide quantitation (targeted).

Services

A range of genomics services are offered, including RNA sequencing, miRNA sequencing, single cell RNA sequencing (10X Genomics platform), ChIP-Seq/Exo, CLIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, Ribo-Seq, genome sequencing, and metagenomics (16S and Shotgun sequencing).
