Why Indianapolis?

Michael Abel, PhD, PGY 1

"My friends and I will gather at one of the many breweries to trade stories over a pint or a cocktail. We tend to prefer the quieter scenes, but excitement does tend to be contagious in the heat of a big game! Whatever your style, Indy and its ‘burbs have you covered!"

Greg Anthony, PhD, PGY 2

"Indianapolis is the perfect town to not only live, but thrive. From countless parks, restaurants and unique neighborhoods you're bound to find a corner that suits you. For me it's hiking, cooking, working on music and perfecting the craft of home-brewing beer."

Emily Diller, PhD, PGY 1

"I'm a potter at one of the local studios, which makes Indianapolis' impressive art scene all the more exciting! And with areas like Fountain Square, Mass Ave and Broadripple, it's easy to find entertainment. Some of my favorite events include live music at Hi-Fi and Shakespeare in the park at White River State Park."
