An evening of art planned to raise funds for HANDS in Autism

CARMEL, Ind. — An evening showcasing the art and special talents of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, “A Spectrum of Art,” will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Aug. 30 at ArtSplash Gallery, 111 W. Main St. in Carmel, Ind.

The fundraiser costs $50 per person and includes the art exhibit, a silent auction and cocktails. A VIP showing and cocktails from 5 to 6 p.m. and dinner at Donatello’s Italian Restaurant are available for $75 per person. Proceeds will support scholarships and programming at the HANDS in Autism Interdisciplinary Training and Resource Center. HANDS in Autism was founded in 2004 to extend the outreach and training offered by the Christian Sarkine Autism Treatment Center at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health and the Indiana University School of Medicine.
