Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Fellowship

Led by Program Director Maya Guglin, MD, the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship is an ACGME-accredited training program and is specifically designed to meet the training requirements for Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology certification. Fellows in this program play an integral role in the management of a wide pathologic spectrum of clinical heart failure, high-risk cardiac surgical and percutaneous interventions, cardiac transplantation, mechanical circulatory device therapy, pulmonary hypertension and end-of-life care and management.

Application

Applications for the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship must be submitted using the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS®). The ERAS Post Office opens on July 15.

Required application materials include ERAS Application, Curriculum Vitae, personal statement, USMLE Scores, three letters of recommendation, photo, and valid ECFMG Certificate (for non-US medical graduates). At this time, we do not accept H1b visas.

All interviews will be done via Zoom for this year only.
