Assistant Director of Development, Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center
Lizzie joined the Office of Gift Development in 2016 as the Assistant Director of Development for the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center. Her work focuses on developing relationships with leadership annual donors and creating a pipeline of support for the advancement of cancer research through management of direct mail campaigns.
In her role, Lizzie works closely with 100 Voices of Hope, a unique philanthropic initiative that brings together advocates and researchers in an effort to end metastatic breast cancer, and oversees the development program at the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Tissue Bank at the IU Simon Cancer Center.
Lizzie earned her J.D. from the IU Maurer School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University-Bloomington. While she grew up in Santa Monica, California, Lizzie loves being an adopted Hoosier. She is an active member of Impact 100 and the Junior League of Indianapolis, and serves on the board of the IU Alumni Association’s Central Indiana Chapter.
