Bio

Cecelia is the Medical Education and Student Engagement Librarian and joined the Ruth Lilly Medical Library in 2021. Ms. Perkins-Vetter was a 2018-2019 National Library of Medicine Associate Fellow at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

At IU School of Medicine, Cecelia provides instruction on evidence-based medicine (EBM), literature searching, and citation management to medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty. She also conducts evidence synthesis literature searches and is a co-author on multiple systematic and scoping review publications.
