Bio
Dr. Wilkie has enjoyed being a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health since 2011. Dr. Wilkie started in practice as a pediatric hospitalist at a large community hospital, where she developed a passion for teaching. She then completed her fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, where her focus was on resident and interprofessional education around doctor-patient communication. As part of her fellowship training, Dr. Wilkie also received a Master of Science in Medical Education from the University of Pittsburgh. She took over as Director of the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship shortly after joining the group. Her current interests include medical education for all levels of learners and the continued development of the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship.
