Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology in Clinical Psychiatry

Bio

I joined the faculty of Indiana University School of Medicine in 2011 and I provide psychotherapy to adults with borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, and posttraumatic stress disorder.  My teaching interests include teaching new professionals how to provide psychotherapy that encourages reality testing and behavioral change.  My research interests include understanding the role of power and social status in the commission and perception of sexual violence, as well as how trauma and injustice impact mental health.
