Bio

Dr. Emilee Delbridge is a Behavioral Science faculty at Indiana University-Methodist Family Medicine residency in Indianapolis, IN. The majority of her time is dedicated to teaching Family Medicine residents. She is also involved in developing and evaluating the medical school curriculum related to communication skills & mental health. She has been a family therapist for 20 years and continues to provide therapy at the residency clinic.  

Dr. Delbridge’s research and professional interests focus on how to teach medical learners effective communication skills; evaluation of teaching methodologies; development and assessment of healthcare curricula, including well-being topics; and the role and practice of inter-professional education in the current healthcare environment. She also enjoys training Master’s and Doctoral family therapists in integrated care.
