Team Members

The Lim Laboratory is comprised of a group of talented staff, investigators and trainees at all levels. We believe that our people are our most valuable asset. Therefore, in the Lim Laboratory we have a strong emphasis in creating an environment that enables us to foster the next generation of clinical trialists, scientists, biotechnologists and entrepreneurs who are thinkers and visionaries at the forefront of the industry. We have an emphasis on multidisciplinary collaborations that draw from an international talent pool and this creates opportunities to go further in our scientific and entrepreneurial reach.

The group is divided into three teams: Team A (clinical investigators), Team B (patient recruitment) and Team C (translational drug development). All three teams work together closely to accomplish our shared mission. We have “team-wide huddles” biweekly and separate team meetings on a weekly basis that creates a forum for teaching workshops, project discussions and other needs. The laboratory hosts regular team-wide events including Spring Retreat (where we rent out a cabin at Bradford Woods), Summer Retreat at Eagle Creek Lakes, team dinner with alumni at the ASN Kidney Week, ice-cream socials and other events coordinated by our program manager.
