The IU School of Medicine Department of Emergency Medicine provides research education through two distinct programs: the Indiana Emergency Care Research Fellowship and the Indiana EMCARE Training Program.
This fellowship provides the mentoring, infrastructure, patient volume and hands-on skills needed for learners to become successful emergency care clinician-scientists.
This program offers federally funded, post-doctoral or post-residency level training in emergency care research that extends this field of study to include mental health and nursing research.
